Exemplary Spiritual cut from the late Vivian 'Yabby You' Jackson, that, along with Door Peep and Satta Massa Gana helped to define the Roots sound for a generation. His debut recording it was produced by Vivian Jackson and cut at King Tubbys; and the hypnotic chant of "yabby-yabby-you" throughout the record gave him the epithet Yabby You. 

Conquoring Lion (sic) became the cut Lightning Flash (Weak Heart Drop) brilliantly used by Dee Jay Big Youth on his masterwork album Dread Locks Dread.
