VOO DOO MOON * SOUL BROTHERS * COXSONE * JA

Fantastic Ska instrumental with what I would describe as a Latin rhyth; explored by Jackie Mittoo's versatile electric organ and carried forward by hornsman Bobby Ellis (I'm guessing). This is one of those inscrutable Pre's I had for years, never knowing who was playing or what the title was, until Roger Dalke produced his excellent books JS20 & JS21, with all those master numbers. I don't think this instrumental was ever released in the UK, though Delroy Wilson cut a song called Voo Doo Man for Prince Buster that was released on Blue Beat. The next side of the above is Making Love by Peter Tosh and Chorus!
