An original Lee Perry creation that's a homage to Kentucky fried chicken! Legend has it that he discovered the meal on a trip to the State's which became a favorite dish in the studio. It was producing records like this which made it a must for Lee Perry to establish his own recording studio, it was later in the same year that he opened the famous Black Ark in his back yard.
