SKA BOSTELLA * SOUL BROTHERS * ISLAND 294 * UK
The Bostella is a dance invented by French journalist Yvan Honore Bosteels in 1965. That year the dance gained popularity with the movie "What's new, pussycat?" in which The Bostella was danced byPeter O'toole and Romy Schneider.
Although it's called Ska Bostella The Soul Brothers slow down the original recordings tempo and give it more of a Rock Steady feel.
