ABC REGGAE * GAYLADS * TROJAN 7762 * UK

Although it states on the label that it's a Leslie Kong production, it is in fact a Sonja Pottinger production and was released on her Gayfeet label JA; the clue is in the writing credits. Although the song was probably written by B B Seaton (not one of his best lyrically speaking) Pottinger claims ownership; this kind of thing was usual at the time as producers would tend to not only give themselves credit for the song but rarely, if ever, credit one of their rivals for anything. And true to form, the Gaylads have been given a fictitious name for this British release.
